Ticket Policies

TheatreWorks is a no-refund company, and all ticket sales are final.

You may exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same production up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance time. Subscribers pay no fees for this transaction; non-subscribers must pay a $15-per-ticket fee. If you select a more expensive seat or performance than your original ticket, you will have to pay the price difference.

Missed Performances

If you miss your performance, you may call or email the Box Office up to 48 hours after your original performance date to arrange an exchange into a different performance of the same production (pending availability). All Missed Performance exchanges carry a $15-per-ticket fee, for both subscribers and non-subscribers.

Ticket Donations

If you can neither use nor exchange one of your tickets, you may call or email our Box Office up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance time to donate it. We will send you a tax-deductible receipt for the value of the ticket. Tickets cannot be donated after the performance date has passed.

Service Charges

Service charges apply to all ticket and subscription purchases, and are subject to change.
