New Works Conservatory
The New Works Conservatory is a unique place for talented young artists to explore their craft. Join us this summer to build and deepen your physical, vocal, and emotional skills and prepare for the next step in your theatre career. Auditions are held in the Spring for this 5 week intensive program and applications are being accepted now.
Conservatory students will create an original piece of theatre and present it as part of TheatreWorks' critically celebrated New Works Festival. We offer a professional training ground that gives high school students interested in pursuing theatre a chance to grow as a performer under the guidance of the best actors, directors and playwrights in the Bay Area.
July 9-Aug 10, 2012
Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm, with some additional evening commitments.

Acceptance by audition only.
Early Admission Tuition: $1,350 · Application Deadline: March 15, 2012
Late Admission Tuition: $1,500 · Application Deadline: June 1, 2012
Need and talent-based scholarships are available to Early Admission students only.
