From now through December 31, 2009, you can minimize your taxable IRA income by making a charitable contribution to TheatreWorks from your IRA.
Here's how it works:
- You must be 70½ or older at the time of the distribution.
- You may transfer any amount up to $100,000.
- This extension of federal tax law is temporary and is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2009.
- Your IRA administrator must make the distribution directly to TheatreWorks using the contact information below.
